Brendan Gaffney is a private collector of New Zealand archival films. He is going to bring down a lucky dip for us to enjoy, with a fun look back into New Zealand's history from the mid 1940s.

Native bush walking tour
Terry Hatch runs Joy Plants in Pukekohe and has an in depth knowledge of plants which has been built up over a lifetime dedicated to their growth and preservation. He has made guest appearances on TV gardening shows and presents talks to gardening groups throughout the country. He has also been involved in ecological restoration projects on Mercury and Little Barrier Islands. Terry will lead a presentation at the cafe from 10 am to midday, followed by lunch and then a bush walk. Terry will be speaking about New Zealand's native fauna and flora, including identification and propagation and focussing on a few more unusual species along the way. Bring walking shoes.
